This type of Anti-dripping agent is series of chemically modified PTFE granulars. By addition of Shinepoly into thermoplastic compound formular, the plastics will have enhanced anti-dripping property to meet UL 94 V0 and V1 standard. Compared with virgin PTFE, the melt strength and flexural modulus will be increased as well. Shinepoly has excellent dispersability and easy handling features. Shinepoly is not easy to be agglomerated at room temperature. The parts molded with Shinepoly has smooth surface with less gels and knitlines.

SN3307PF is Styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer encapsulated PTFE granular. SN3307PF is PFOA/NPEO/OPEO FREE and contains minimum impurities which may have negative  impact on polymer properties.

Application：

All thermoplastics especially applicable to PC, PS, ABS, PBT, PPO and their alloys needs anti-dripping property.

SN3307PF can be directly added into the formulation during plastic compound extrusion and typical concentration is from 0.1% to  1%.
